Richland
Community Library,
Your window to the world!

Save Our Libraries: The Time to Act is NOW!

The Governor's 2009-2010 Budget Proposal (H.B. 1416) calls for a 5% reduction in funding for Pennsylvania's libraries. And just when we thought it couldn't get worse, the State Senate passed S.B. 850 - a proposal that slashes library services by cutting more than 50% of funding!

Your voice is crucial to public libraries and can make a difference. Please write to your elected state officials! Pre-printed, pre-addressed POSTCARDS are available at each of the library's circulation desks. You can also download a pdf file of the postcards provided by The Wellness Point, PLLC and Fisher Business Forms.
