The Time to Act Is NOW!
Loyal Patrons Answer Call for Advocacy
 


Loyal patrons of Lebanon County Libraries and local printer, Fisher Business Forms, teamed to spearhead a grassroots advocacy effort on behalf of libraries across the state.

The Governor’s 2009-2010 Budget Proposal calls for a 5% reduction in funding for Pennsylvania’s libraries.  And just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, the State Senate passed S.B. 850 – a proposal that slashes library services by cutting more than 50% of funding!


Your voice is crucial to public libraries and can make a difference. Please write to your elected state officials!
Pre-printed, pre-addressed POSTCARDS are available at each of the library's circulation desks.
