Smart Start Story Times:

This free library program for parents, grandparents and their babies up to 23 months of age features books, songs, and nursery rhymes.

Winter 2010 Baby Storytimes

Tuesdays: January 19 & 26, February 2 & 9
10:15 AM - Pre-walkers (0-12 months )
11:15 Am - Walkers (12-24 months )

Sessions will last approximately 20 minutes.
Registration is not required.

Preschool Story Times:
Our Preschool Story Times are for children who are old enough to sit and listen alongside their caregiver on up to preschool age. The programs start sometime in September through April with some time off for holidays. Miss Cindy has a theme each week along with an activity or craft. 

Fall 2009 Preschool Storytimes:

15 Week Program @ 10:15 AM
Tuesdays or Thursdays

Beginning Sept. 22 & 24
Ending Dec. 8 & 10
(No Storytimes Nov. 24 & 25)

After-School Story Times:

After-School Story Times are for children from kindergarten through 3rd grade and are held on Tuesdays (Grades 2-3) and Thursdays (Grades K-1) 3:30 - 4:15 pm..

Annville-Cleona schools will provide bus transportation to the library. Parents must pick up children at 4:15 pm. Please note that A.M. Kindergartners are welcome to participate, but families must provide their own transportation to & from the library. Students must register at school to ride the bus and present a permission slip each week.

These storytimes are not limited to children attending the Annville-Cleona School District but are open to all children. However, those outside the district that attend must provide their own transportation.
 
Fall 2009 After-School Storytime
10 Week Program

GRADES 2 & 3 - Tuesdays, 3:30 - 4:15 p.m.
Beginning Oct. 6 & Ending Nov.17

GRADES K & 1 - Thursdays, 3:30 - 4:15 p.m.
Beginning Oct. 8 & Ending Nov. 19

Reminder: There are no After-School Story Times if Annville-Cleona schools are closed for holidays, in-service days, inclement weather, or early dismissal.

Summer Reading Program:
Annville Free Library's Summer Reading Program is aimed at enticing school-aged children to read over the summer. Beginning each June we have a different theme spanning six weeks with programs, activities and prizes. Children of all reading levels are encouraged to join in the fun! Reading activities can easily be tailored to children with special needs. Just ask Miss Cindy!
