4 Week Qigong Class
This class teaches two series of Qigongs which are often called moving meditations.
These are terrific stress relievers, and incorporate deep breathing and promote deep relaxation and restful sleep. It has no religious aspects , and is simply a great way to learn some relaxation tools for everyday use.
Classes held on the following Mondays from 6:30 – 7:30 pm
